Madworld, Eternal Darkness and Ace Attorney 5 come to my mind.

RE4 may be the only one I've ever played and liked. Hated Madworld the moment I started playing it...which is sad because I appreciated the art direction. No More Heroes was a shell of a game. Own, but haven't played the 2nd one. Don't know many others...don't keep track of stuff like that.
