I imagine the next footage we see from Devils Third will be much more polished than what we saw at E3. Im looking forward to it.

I expect Devil's third to be as good as Ninja Gaiden 2. I wouldnt expect less from Itagaki.
Yeah I think DT will look more polished the next time we see it. That said I think Nintendo knows its not even going to sell probably half of Bayonetta 2 and it probably doesn't have the biggest budget.
Itagaki is probably just happy someone was willing to finance it to completion. On the plus side I don't think it's coming until 2nd half of 2015, so they should have a good amount of time to bring it up to speed.

I doubt any game next year will match the divinity of Bayo 2, much less Devil's Third.
That said, it will probably be decent. It needs a lot of work, but the foundation's there.
Not really, they are made by completely different developers, although I do really hope Devil's Third does end up being a great game.
When the herd loses its way, the shepard must kill the bull that leads them astray.
Bayonetta tells us as much about The Devil's Third as Ryse told us about Sunset Overdrive.

But hopefully Devil's Third turns out to be a quality title like Bayonetta 2 and maybe a lot of those who bought it will give Devil's Third a try. |
Destiny.
Watch Dogs.
etc.
All completely new and unknown. Not names sell its a marketing machine and fools that fall for it. If they see a car turning into a transformer that skates around the streets (EU Citroen commercial) they probably go and buy that car because they expect Optimus Prime's cousin.
(No I am not saying that only fools buy those games I am saying that thanks to fools those games sold like crazy.)
Tbh for whatever reason i thought DevilsThird's multiplayer seems better than the single player mode. I actually hate PVP (Because I see no purpose in that either I am the winner because I have no reallife or the other one is because he has none) but the modes look nice.
The maingame has way to much brown/grey/mud/desert boring looking stuff going on. Thank god there is this chinese temple stage with the aurora borealis that gave me faith in the single player campaign aswell.
BORING: AWESOME:

That's like showing Halo 4 and saying that Rare could make a game with similar quality.

The huge success of a game as vapid and soulless as Destiny sets a worrying precedent for the 8th generation in my humble opinion.
