depends on what you call "a long time", supply should only last for a few days

and BF seems to be more retail than online focussed, so I think X1 might have won it with the crazy good deals like $330 + $50 gift card at target

Not really, online sell a lot too now, where in 2014, not 2006. Sure, they're still tons of ppl who buy retail. But...

How the PS4 on it's own is still charting is incredible.

With regards to people talking about online vs retail, the reason we accept Amazon monthly sales as being generally console accurate is due to statistics of sample sizes: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sample_size_determination

Amazon's chart represents a sizeable amount of sales, and as such we are able to determine that the sales trend will be similar across the region.

BF does alter this a lot with massive increases in both online and retail shopping but the same reasoning should work through(high percentage, although not impossible to be wrong)

If A > B in Amazon, one of the biggest 'stores'
Then A > B across every other store

But of course we will need to see the final Nov stats from Amazon to see who is A and who is B

target is the main one where reports say Xbox selling out fast. But that's not worth much if their shipments are the same or less than PS4.

It's good to see the WiiU here, she need some sales too :)

The sad thing is it was clear as day this was going to happen. Anyone thinking the xbox was going to dominate BF was kidding themselves.

Microsoft spread out their deals over the entire month, while Sony saved it all for one specific day< Of course the PS4 would dominate for that day.

However, the X1 is still likely to win NPD this month, I don't think the PS4 BF dominance can trounce that.
