PS4 most definitely. While one might think that the XB1 bundle might have boosted the game sales, PS4's biggest userbase will reflect that more people picked up the game. But I'll wait for the sales numbers.
WiiU of course. Best COD sales from a real gamer point of view is 0 copies. Activision loves real gamers.
WW will be PS4 easily. In the US, X1. The user base gap is too huge to surpass for any marketing or bundling.
PS4 will sell more, but not by much... Xbone has the exclusive advertising and hardware bundle, not to mention that Xbox userbase has always purchased more shooters, relatively speaking, than any other (even during PS2). These factors allow the game and other shooters to have much higher attach rates on Xbox One.
However, I expect the PS4 version to have stronger legs and eventually outsell it significantly, pretty much like how Ghosts eventually sold more on PS3 than Xbox 360.
