I think Elma looks good, too. Monado hairpin girl (and sometimes the avatar, but that's to be expected) is the only one who really looks off to me so far.
That said, Xenoblade's character models were atrocious so this is a huge improvement.

Holy! This games looks stunning. The only bad thing about this game is the wait before we get it. Cannot wait!!

It looks like one of the best JRPG's ever the more and more we see. But it is nerve wracking how Iwata said "aiming" for 2015, as if the possibility of another delay to 2016 might be coming.

The game is set for spring 2015 in Japan, so worst case scenario we have the OST to listen to while we wait for the localization to finish.

Where was it confirmed for a Spring 2015 release in Japan?

Supposedly the Direct gave it a 2nd-quarter or spring release window. I can't independently verify this because I can't read moonrunes.

A western release window is still set for 2015. In Japan, the game has a newly confirmed release window of spring 2015.
From Gematsu
Also, in a note on the XCX website Monolith Soft say the game is in the final stage of development.

I always hear someone say that, but i dont understand. The models are modeled as anime characters. If you notice they are very similar in style to Xenosaga characters. I dont think these models are meant to look real life like as for example the FFXV ones.
