Kinect is nice for Kinect games. When it works (it does most of the time for me), navigating through the UI is great. I hope you enjoy it and seriously, Forza Horizon 2 is a must. You should also try Titanfall if you like that type of game.

Haha ok, i think it's going to be very funny when you will trade your X1 for ps4 next year ;D i don't think you made a smart decision. :P

Kinect seems pretty useless as it doesn't recognise my gestures or voice most of the time, so I'll probably end up unplugging it unless it's a really good alternative for a headset

 

You have to configure the kinect to recognise your voice and if your tv is too loud then it won't hear your voice very well

I've been thinking about doing the same thing. The PS4 and it's services have been nothing short of a disappointment.

I know. The problem is that I have this thing called a wife who dislikes my hobby enough as it is. 3 consoles in the house plus my gaming PC might make her snap.

Nice purchase, looking forward to getting one if Quantum Break is any good.

Bought it to sell for $399AU to sell it at a profit (they go for $549AU). Couldn't find any buyers willing to pay $450 or more so I just decided to swap it for the Xbox.

Ah fair enough!! Seen some crazy deals for the X1 in Oz recently, hope you got a good bundle deal!

And so? You tolerate her stuff. She has no right to say no to your stuff. Unless you're compromising funds for house related bills etc.
