You guys knows that mean it will sell at least 4.500.000 units in the coming 10 weeks that is an average of circa 450.000 a week. Oktober won't be that special, so it should sell 4.000.000units during the holiday, from which 2.750.000 should be sold in the US, that's not gonna happen. (500.000 units on shelf). The PS4 would barely be able to do that, since it would mean the console should sell over 17 million this year, and I don't see having the One having a better holiday than the PS4 worldwide, US yes worldwide not a change in hell.

And are you confident enough those hourly rankings in the USA are enough to defeat the PS4 in a worldwide battle?:D

MS have been lucky enough to get 1 XB1 sku in top 50 on amazon this past year, let alone 5 simulataneously. US is 60% WW sales.

I don't understand that mentality winning in a single territory in maybe 2 months of the year.

I mean i don't care - A little bit cheaper and hell i will pick up a X1 too but this is just stupid getting that happy about some hourly amazon rankings for the USA
And Europe is at the moment far more important in my opinion.It is what is making the difference in moments where the X1 is achieving parity in the USA.

So does anyone remember when the PS4 sold nearly double the Xbox One even when during Destiny week MSFT was giving away a free game of choice? I mean possibly even 2 if someone bought an Xbox One bundle and still was able to choose a free game. The PS4 Destiny bundle wasn't even offering the game free (okay a $10 discount).

And thsi was just the US. Coming up there will be teh GTA 5 bundle overseas, and MSFT has already played their big holiday hand (a temporary 3 month price cut, WTF is that).

So all it took for Sony to double MSFT sales was to put a game in a box with the console and sell it at a $10 discount and still $50 more than an Xbox with 2 free games, including the game Sony was offering....... yeah lets just take a step back here folks.

EDIT: and before people jump on my post for including PS4 in this discussion about Xbox One sales. The industry does not exist in a vaccuum. Sales will depend on competition as they are finite. Poor WiiU sales and Xbox One sales conttribute to higher PS4 sales and vice versa due to the market itself. So how the Xbox One sells in relation to the PS4 is an appropriate variable.
