More spin-offs? Meanwhile we're still waiting on SMTxFE.

That is a spin-off.

That's my point. It was waaaaaaay off when they annouced it.

Ill believe it when I see it in the next Nintendo Direct...however if all these games are shown off in the next Direct then thats gonna be one helluva direct.

"I think it will be the HDS"-Me in regards to Nintendo's next handheld.

More spin offs promised? Keep milking nintendo but your flat out refusal to let your biggest projects be new ips is one of the main reasons wiiu is tanking so hard. Keep milking zelda and mario, lets see how far that takes you.

i know people are gonna hate both of us for saying this, but i agree, i was never interested in any of Nintendos first party games (mario, metroid, smash, mario kart, mario party etc), and therefore i have never bought a nintendo console before, since their biggest games have never interested me.

That being said the Wii U is by far the only nintendo console that has interested me the most for games like The Wonderful 101, Bayonetta 1 and 2, Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem and the new Xenoblade, and i just hope that they keep getting new stuff since ive never been interested in their old franchises.

interesting.
but i hope they can be less japan oriented... they have to talk more with western studios.
HW worked very well(on the wii U proportion), japanese played zelda and westerns played a warriors game. Most zelda fans would never play a warrios game otherwise. (some of them liked the kind of game and would play other warriors game then)

I imagine a western oriented popular game.Nintendo fans that dont play a game like this, would try it if ninty character was protagonist. And they could like the kind of game and then they could play a third party that otherwise they wouldnt.
Also, they have the opportunity to put a amiibo compatible with more games.

Seems good for nintendo, and also for the developer who is helping.

"On development time, we have already completed the step of learning new development techniques. So, we should experience less developmental delays stemming from learning new hardware. From now on, it becomes a matter of if we can use our experience efficiently and one part of our plan to do so is to use ‘spin off games’, which allow us to use our major title franchises, but create on a smaller scale and we are working hard on making these sort of derived products. In this way, we are preparing to expand on our characters while also increasing the number of software we output and allowing our customers to have their next experiences in certain franchises without waiting three years."

Diddy Kong Racing 2?

No, please.

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

Metroid Prime Pinball 2, believe

Omg why wouldn't you want a sequel? I really enjoyed Diddy Kong Racing, setting aside the fact that Diddy Kong is my favorite Nintendo character, I thought it was a good game. A sequel could give them a chance to fix the flaws that were in the first.
