Forums - Gaming Discussion - Sony should admit bankruptcy...

I'm just waiting for them to have to sell Spiderman to Disney.

Didn't Nintendo have a higher market cap than Sony earlier this year? Where do they stand now?

It seems that investors still see a higher potential in Sony in spite of their current financial situation.

the entire industry would suffer but Japanese third party would have no choice but to work with nintendo so its a win/win for me :)

There is always a choice. They could switch to iOS and Android... visual novels and turn based JRPGs work fine on tablets. ;)

Sony is pretty darn close to bankruptcy... Especially if they continue to bleed money like this. Quite frankly I want it to happen so I can have a ball... the entire industry would suffer but Japanese third party would have no choice but to work with nintendo so its a win/win for me :)

Yeah no, not even remotly. You just think they are because as you and the OP said you "want it to happen". Reality is quite different than that dream. They can literally make a few spiderman movies and make those losses back.

I think that's a good idea.

Either way, Sony doesn't look like they actually want to cut those divisions that are loosing money. Dunno why. So in 5 years time they should be bankrupt if not very near....

I personnally won't miss them. I never owned a Sony product before......and doesn't look like I will. It's always Samsung for electronics, mainly.

VISC is going to suck badly ...

This thread should be closed. It's just a Nintendo fan wanting a competitor to go bankrupt which is despicable considering this is a job for people and not a toy your imagination can think up. No good could come from a thread like this.

Nintendomination.
