Reality is right infront of you, you just need to leave your dream state and look around to see it.

I see Sony making fiscal year losses for at least 6 more years in a row.

I'm not sure what will happen to Sony in the near future. I don't know what the business terminology for it is, but I would expect Sony to split up divisions of their company and sell each to the highest bidder. But Sony would hold on to their profitable ones, such as their insurance and the PlayStation brand.

If Sony does declare bankruptcy, it's worth noting that bankruptcy doesn't necessarily mean the company goes away.

But hey, I don't run a business. So what do I know?

The problem is their debt.

As it is, their debt is over 116 billions with 44 billions being short term. Without knowning the interest is hard to tell, but it could be the case that seeling their bad divisions would not be enough, because the "good" divisions would start to drown in the remaining debt.

They only have 6 billions left in buildings and 15 billions in machinery and equipment . Selling those is hardly going to allow them to come back.

What you see are cherry picked reports that show some losses and don't tell the whole story. yet they always manage to make the money back. I wonder why that is?

Yet I am awake and see stuff...

Why would Sony allow meaningless and unprofitable divisions for months and years yet you people claim they can...

If Sony could they would have done it already, they didn't and that smells trouble...

Daniel Loeb dumped all the stocks his owned..

Tthat's bad news... He bailed out...
