They actually are most of the time.

It's a pro tip for those who consider Sony and MS too evil to buy their consoles...
I know there are good third party games on Playstation and Xbox, people who are this prejudiced against certain companies and platforms will never get around to actually trying out these games on those platforms. There is still a sizeable crowd that uses the old "generic shooters and nothing of value" argument; the very same user actually recently did;

And that's why I suggested the PC.

I disagree I think nintendo could have released a wii u at a higher price with the same power as the xbox one and it wouldnt be selling any less at all. I know its basically the gamecube model but that model at least had high third party support and was surely more profitable than the wii u. |
Even with the GC. Nintendo still had issues on the tech side. And their image. Lunchbox, inferior mini discs. Still caused them to suffer with matching power. We haven't had a Nintendo system since the SNES where everything is matched, and have no issues on the elements.
if then its Japan only. And thats also what I want.
I get my fix of "cinematic" stuff 1 year after release on steam for 5 bucks. So japanese games are the only reason I play console anyway.

If they don't want to play these games as they think they are crap, let them not play them. They are missing out on incredible games just due to them not being on an underpowered console. If they think games like Assassin's Creed, God Of War, LBP, Batman: Arkham, Forza Horizon, Gran Turismo are FPS's, by virtue of them being on PS/Xbox systems, let them think so. I don't think anything can be done to change their mindsets, and we shouldn't really bother, as its them who is missing out on great games, not us.

Its not like you have a choice on the Wii U, and even then you'll be missing some of the best Japanese games like Gran Turismo and Metal Gear Solid.
I will add my opinion to the "don't care" pile.
I get enough gaming from Nintendo's 1st party efforts and supplement that with the WiiU Eshop. There's so many games I need to buy...and I'm sure that makes Nintendo some cash.
But...I think that once again, at a future date, Nintendo will be the "it" company. Nostalgia has a way of creeping up on you and the 3rd parties will once again be caught off guard...just like they were during the Wii generation. They'll publish shovel ware and rushed ports and complain that Nintendo gamers don't buy their games. So really, what are we fighting for?
Serious question: do you guys that lament the lack of 3rd party support on Nintendo consoles really care about Nintendo's fortunes? Or do you just like to kick dirt in their face? Would 3rd party support make you actually buy the console?
No bayonetta will be an other exemple for why you shouldn't port on the wii U, Nintendo's biggest strength and weakness is their fans

Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.
Not on the home console front, the next one included bar some miracle.
