Wii U owners have had an extra year to be satisfied though. There will be plenty of time for Playstation and Xbox owners to be satisfied for years to come. Those manufacturers actually support their console for an entire generation.

Time will tell.. But for now, im hyped as Fffffiddyfuddy for smash wii u and bayo ^^ you can have ur... Ummm, 8 installment of assasins in the last 6 years.. Im sure the game has changed aloooot.. New ground textures... Ummm... Dirt on the assasins coat... Gonna be a revolutionry blast! 
oh, and als hyrule warriors and mk8 dlc to keep me warm in the meantime.. Forgot to mention toad treasure tracker..

Well bud it's facts, not opinions. It's a fact that this year, the big hitters people were wainting for on PS4 and Xbox One received average reviews although they were too much hyped. Mario Kart 8, on the other hand, is considered the best Mario Kart on console since the original one on SNES and got great critical reception (it stands as the highest rated console Mario Kart). Titanfall? So a new IP with an 86 on Metacritic and 2 million sales to a 5 million install base is now considered a "flop". What exactly does a game have to do to not flop?

lol good for you as long as it makes you happy. there are new ips that I plan to give a chance as well like Lord of the fallen, shadow of mordor, the evil within, just to name a few. so yeah, I'm not playing the same yearly releases only if that's what you meant.
