But will it convince the doubters that haven't bought a Wii U? Will they buy a Wii U only for this game?

They should've stuck with Bayonetta after they made the first one and not jump around and make one unsuccessful IP after the other. Bayonetta 2 should have been a 2012 game for last gen, I'd say. But well I don't even know who to blame for this, Sega for being...well Sega or Platinum Games for just doing whatever they want without much consideration for financial success (which could be considered something positive if they had the luxury of being a studio that can afford opertaing like that, unfortunately they aren't)
So, I read the polygon review and honestly, the complaints are a joke. They basically complains on two things:
Bayonetta is a girl
They cannot use Witch Time properly
Proud to be the first cool Nintendo fan ever
Number ONE Zelda fan in the Universe
Prediction: No Zelda HD for Wii U, quietly moved to the succesor
Predictions for Nintendo NX and Mobile
Only the 8th game that GameSpot ever gave a 10, after only The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (N64), Chrono Cross (PS1), SoulCalibur (DC), Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 (PS2), Grand Theft Auto IV (PS3, 360), Metal Gear Solid IV: Guns of the Patriots (PS3) and Super Mario Galaxy 2 (Wii).

But it is correct:
10 - (Bayonetta is a girl + They cannot use Witch Time properly) = 7'5
We also know that being a girl is far more punishable than the other thing.
so:
They cannot use Witch Time properly · 2 = Bayonetta is a girl
So:
10 - (They cannot use Witch Time properly · 2 + They cannot use Witch Time properly) = 7'5
10 - 3They cannot use Witch Time properly = 7'5
7'5 - 10
_______ = 0'833 = They cannot use Witch Time properly

thus:
0'833 · 2 = Bayonetta is a girl

Nice reviews! Now we have to wait for the release date...
The reviews are fantastic. This should easily be the GOTY or maybe MK8 or Smash. I think all deserve to win it.

Dammit, I was expecting a high 80's (86 to be precise). And Polygon gave one of the lowest scores, what a surprise (except it's not).
And so much for the theory that "reviewers give Nintendo games a hard time!"
