There's a potential ace up our sleeve that could kill two birds with one stone (name change while allowing the users to keep their account). A few site changes will be coming soon*, so hopefully this could be one of them.
*knocks on wood.

Mr Khan said: Grandfather clause is a good part of what we do here. It's probably the only reason snesboy never gets perma'd, for one. It is not hypocritical to appreciate the past while regulating the present differently, like all of the tributes i see to my city's old negro league baseball team around here. |
It's not about time ...
It's about commitment to this community which has more value ...
The only reason I can see the mods letting go of jizz or possibly I has to do with the fact that we frequent on this site a lot ...
Would they do the same if that said user had less than a 1000 posts ?

Did you know that "gerg" is a German slang term that means ****? Your username isn't safe for work, but it cracks me up. So I say we keep it. |
Yeah, well, 90% of people just see gregory when they look at my name anyway...

Well seeing how ioi is the one who can make it happen, the timetable is a bit skewed.
"Hentai Definition
dictionary.search.yahoo.com
n. noun
A style of sexually explicit comic books, animated video, and computer games originally developed in Japan."
It's the same as the word "porn" or "pornography". It's not a naughty word. Now, if it was yurifest or something, you might have a point.
Now, jizz beard could change his name to semen_beard or seed_beard. haha

In English. In Japanese, hentai tends to merely mean "pervert" at worst, in the sexual connotation, or can have a non-sexual connotation. "Hen" simply means strange, or change. Hentai can mean "change body" or "strange body". A gag of it was made in One Piece by Franky, who is a hentai in the non-sexual sense, and quite proud of it, but also calls his transform ability "hentai."
Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

I did not know about the other bit of what it meant. I only heard it in japanese films or anime used as calling someone a pervert. I've never watched one piece before.
I've an issue with the mods. I feel some are doing a bad job. I have reported some posts and pm'd truck looking for a follow up but no reply. My issue is 2 people banned for an attack on kowen. Somebody said he was using damage control and got banned. But he's allowed to call someone's post a rant. I think that's just as disrespectful.
Another is a recent post by a guy with the pink guy from spongebob as his avatar. He openly has a dig at people who said x1 was overtracked in the amd thread calling them trolls and fanboys. There was another attack from sales on somebody and i reported that. Basically a shit load of people breaking the rules and going unpunished.
This is an issue with me because I know id be banned if I said these things.
