Why do people keep on asking about Toastboy?
Anyway they're very very slim. Riderz is the exception to the rule and was allowed to return after much discussion and after seeing a number of points where we decided it was a good idea to do.
Will Toastboy do the same? Maybe. How likely is it? Well...you don't get permabanned for no reason. So don't hold your breath.
