It appears as though the matter has indeed been moderated and the user has been warned, however it might be beneficial to re-read the rules in the OP of this thread, in particular:

• This is not the place to ask for moderation on another user. Report said user's potentially moderatable post/thread and let the Mod team handle it from there on out.

In future a report would have been perfectly sufficient for a case like this one, as this thread is designed more for general enquires, critiques and suggestions but not for particular cases as you outlined. At least the post was moderated and the issue handled though!

Sorry, about that. I'll make sure to re-read the rules and I will admit that I got caught up in the moment. I just don't like it when someone mentions autism so lightly considering my younger sibling suffers from a severe case of it.

What does the linked post have to do with this? I was merely stating that I was impressed by the Metroid Prime video already having 21k dislikes. That proves I'm a WindyCityHeat alt now? Ok...

Any other proof? It sure as hell can't be proof based on IP, as I'm not WindyCityHeat.

It just seems you guys are banning people randomly/who's opinion you don't like if I take a look at the recent banned members.

Sorry for the trouble, E3 is a high-traffic time and many times previously banned users like to come back and make alternate accounts to cause trouble. Many of these trouble-makers also know how to avoid IP-detection by using proxies, so IP matching isn't always a useful way to catch them. Some of your posts were reported as being an alternate account. After checking on posts from known alt-makers, some posts seemed to overlap with WindyCity, so I put in a ban. If this isn't true however, I will remove the ban and make a note to disregard my previous moderation, unless you'd prefer to use this account instead.

All "Who won E3" threads within a day of eachother.
