Not here to disagree just have to take issue with you calling Japan a small country. Its population is 126 million people and its ranked 10th in the world.

I meant a small market.

Bet with Xander XT:
I can beat more games on his 3DS than he can on my PSVita in a month. Loser has to buy the winner a game on his/her handheld Guess who won? http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=193531
Me!

Probably Vita first, followed by Wii U. Only thing that's for sure is the X1 will do it last (at best I can see it hitting maybe 8.5 million this year). It won't hit 10 million till mid 2015, and close out 2015 with around 14-15 million. The Wii U will still be ahead for many more months to come
I don't get why people think the X1 will have a bigger boost. It sells in NA and Uk but that's it, when taking the whole world into account, PS4 will have the biggest boost with Nintendo probably having a good shot at one too.
My predictions...
First, Vita.
Second, Wii U.
Third, Xbox One.
Long term sales X1 >>>>>> Wii U >>>>> Vita

Swapping the X1 with WiiU would be more likely. X1 will sell another 4.5M before the WiiU manages another 3M.

Maybe, but I think Wii U will have a good holiday.
I mean between Mario 3D World, Mario Kart, and Smash Bros there are several reasons for Nintendo fans to finally get a Wii U.

Likely. Bros and MCC are system sellers but its anyones game. Meanwhile, if PSTV is counted it has a US and and WW realease before thanks giving. Most of its sales wold come from UK, but in US it would have launch, BF, and Christmas.

Its gonna be quite hard for Vita to not get to 10 million first. Also, has anyone contemplated whether PlayStation TV will have an impact on Vita sales? Will it become an accessory for the PS4 in the west?

I disagree with the long term sales. The Wii U won't sell enough to sell wayy better than Vita in its lifetime in absolute numbers, but if you're talking about percentage difference in sales I agree.
