Yep. I'm going to reserve my judgement for when people get hold of the ACTUAL game.
The PS5 Exists.
I still like the game's atmosphere and characters. It looks fun to me, will pick it up sometime in 2015.
So one guy doesn't like the game. I think I'll wait for reviews. And if it is not great, maybe I'll still get some enjoyment out of it, like people apparently did with Ryse. Plenty of other stuff to play at the start of next year regardless
This game gets so much hate. I'm definitely interested in the game. The psp games Ready at Dawn did were great; especially Ghost of Sparta. They said they were inspired by Uncharted 2 when they were making this game. It has an interesting setting with werewolves; not typical aliens or dude bro war shooter. It should be a decent game!!
It's R@D fault entirely.
1. It was R@D responsibility to release a demo that was good, but keeps you wanting more. Their demo has clearly turned off many of the early reviewers. Example 95% (random guess) of Forza praise started after the demo was released
2. They should have known a 3rd person squad shooter would draw comparisons to GOW, from the early previews R@D has failed from a gameplay standpoint, while making it single player only.
3. Why would they ever even allow it to be interpreted that they don't care about gameplay as long as it looks good.
Me personally I have been waiting for a good playstation multiplayer game since Socom.
I never understood what the "Dude bro" moniker was about. Labeling a game a "dude bro" war shooter or tps/fps doesn't make sense to me.
What does that even mean?
Anyways, back on topic. Yea, I think I'll do what others suggest and just wait 'til the full game is released. Just 'cause he doesn't enjoy it or find it fun doesn't exactly mean I won't. I often enjoy games others hate or dislike.
