Dragon Age Inquisition is my bet. This has been one of the worst years in gaming in quite some time though, Bioware could release one of their worst games ever (apart from DA2) and they could still win.

Why hasn't anyone said Assassin's Creed Unity? The game looks incredible. The battle for the title could be a battle between 2 Ubisoft games this year.

Ah... buying into hype again? Its the same Assassin's game with co-op sticked to it and improved graphics. Theres no GOTY there. After half an hour it will be like playing AC2/Brotherhood/Revelations.

GOTY will probably go for FarCry 4.

The last of Us is not Eligible for GOTY. The game was created last year. Ports dont make you eligible for new GOTY awards. Otherwise here comes GTA5, Tomb Raider and Sleeping dogs again. It would be last year all over again.
