Forums - Gaming Discussion - Anyone Have Any Recommendations For Good Turn Based RPGs For Me?

Lost Odyssey for me was the last great traditional turn based RPG. Also, FF X/X-2 HD is great as well.

Lost Odyssey on the 360 was my game of the 7th generation.

Suikoden 1, 2, 3, and 5.

Wait. Only the first game is on PSN? What the hell ...

Oh, Nocturne is on the PSN? I always wanted to play that one, seems like an amazing game.

I think all the PS2 SMTs are on PSN now.

Go for True Demon Ending :)

Persona 3 was my favorite game for a long time, and Noah Antwiler (Spoony One) said great things about Nocturne, so it must be really cool.

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

Lost Odyssey was/is a great game. Blue Dragon was good also

Paper Mario.

I bet the Wii U would sell more than 15M LTD by the end of 2015. He bet it would sell less. I lost.

I second both Paper Mario.

In this day and age, with the Internet, ignorance is a choice! And they're still choosing Ignorance! - Dr. Filthy Frank

Persona 3 and 4. I recommend P3P because it's much better when you can control the party members' actions.

While really old, I highly recommend Golden Sun and Golden Sun: The Lost Age. They're GBA games so while they're not compatible with the 3DS, you can play them on your DS.

I would second the Lost Odyssey recommendation. It was truly great.

The Persona games are certainly fantastic as well.
