Forums - Gaming - Resident Evil Revelations 2 will be Episodic ($6 episode/$25 digtal/$40 retail) Trailer inside!

Whats wrong with episodic games? The Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us did it very well. I'm just not sure how this will work with Resident Evils gameplay or story. Will each episode be engaging and unique in its own right? I dunno.

I predict that the Wii U will sell a total of 18 million units in its lifetime.

The NX will be a 900p machine

Thank goodness for physical copy, ill wait the extra month.

Is it just me or do the screens and images look like last gen? If so, I wonder how next gen will look in comparison.

Yeah......... I will get the physical copy thank you very much!

Wut? Capcom is doing the right thing by making the digital version "season" cheaper then the retail release and yet people are still complaining? 15 bucks cheaper is awesome!

Face the future.. Gamecenter ID: nikkom_nl (oh no he didn't!!)

Yet it's still more expensive than buying them individually.... that's not how season passes are supposed to work...

No, but Capcom want to capitalize over those who are in huge need of Biohazard doses. Those will be the ones buying individually, and those are from Capcom will profit the most.

The game must be short...

Predictions for end of 2014 HW sales:

 PS4: 17m   XB1: 10m    WiiU: 10m   Vita: 10m

sorry capcom, this is not good. episodic-games are stupid.

old resident evil fans buy "the evil within" on october : )

Anyone in huge need of Biohazard doses needs to suffer and mutate.

OT: Seems okay i guess.

Well, erm...the pricing seems strange but aside from that, so long as the game isn't painfully short it could be good.

Let's see how it pans out.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

You mean profit the least, because that is the cheapest option?

Quick buck for less content and work > More bucks for a more complete work. At least in Capcom's mind.

Hell, I'm pretty sure some people who purchase all the episodes will be later getting the physical release for the extra goodies.
