You dont need to see the difference between 720p and 1080p because there is no game with 1080p on PS4 which is 720p on One. It would be correct to ask ppl if they see a difference between 900p and 1080p....and there I doubt it...because so many factor need to be considered like all the zillion settings on each TV (like sharpness and so on)....so the chance every image looks different is really high.

That's not true though, MGS V: Ground Zeroes is 720p on Xbox One and 1080p on PS4.

CoD is 1080p vs 720p... Assassins Creed is 1080p vs 720p.

These are examples from my mind.

So with these are already 3 games.

Obviously they thought they can, why else the horrible sharpening filter in the upscaler to fake more detail. MS gambled that most games wouldn't reach 1080p and that they would have the image advantage side by side with contrast boost, gamma adjustment and artificial sharpening in their upscaler.
Seems people could clearly tell the fake 1080p from actual 1080p and MS had to remove the sharpening filter after facing backlash.

So its all a conspiracy of evil MS right now? The hate of evil evil evil MS is absurd. Seriously.

The spins some MS fans are making up are also stupid. The power difference is definitive, and noticeable. Be it with overall image quality, or performance.

Now, why is it important for some people to twist everything to somehow make it seem like their choice is better than it is compared to the competition?
Why not just enjoy the damn thing for what it actually is?

Perhaps over playing of last gen games has damaged peoples eyes. It's the only logical answer to why they could see a smaller difference last gen.

The PS5 Exists.

What does that have to do with an evil conspiracy?

TV manufacturers have been using this tactic for decades to sell tvs, boost contrast, brightness, sharpening to stand out from the tv next to you in the shop. First thing any video calibration disc tells you to do is, turn of image sharpening, then lower contrast and calibrate a proper black level.
It works too, how many times have you not seen someone say the darker image with higher contrast looks better than the 'washed' out ps3/ps4 image. Yet plenty people can tell the difference between an artifically enhanced upscaled image and a native 1080p image, let alone 720p and 1080p.

Its 900P now.

How can you prove that the PS4 is more powerful? Really.

Gamers cannot tell the difference between a 720p Image and a 1080p Image.
What is the point of saying something that people cannnot even see?

1º) better Frame rate, Better resolution, lot's of dev's talking about Ps4 being stronger, digital foundry putting games side-by-side and Ps4 being on top... pick one or two...

2º)"Gamers cannot tell the difference between a 720p Image and a 1080p Image.  "

I have a 40" TV and i can see that 1080p is better than 720p upscaled... for real, saying that 1080p is almost the same than 720p is no brainers...

3º) as i said, people can see, this make a big deal when the 2 products have the same price point.

720p vs 1080p isn't very hard to see, but maybe 900p vs 1080p is. Even then, the actual graphics might be worse on the XOne depending on the game.

Yes they can. If they couldn't, then it wouldn't be a problem in the first place.
