Pushing the hardware like looking the best? Or pushing the hardware as in you could tell the game was almost too much for the system?

If it's the latter than look no further than GT6. The PS3 is practically bursting at the seems when GT6 is running.

I meant the latter, but you could make a case for either, I'm not picky.

Ps2- God of war 2, Granturismo 4
PSP- God of war: Ghost of Sparta ( You could easily see that the game was definately pushing the psp hardware )
PS1- Buzz lightyear of star command ( I promise this game looks much better than granturismo 2 )

( Actually had an image taken directly using my ps2 playing at 1080i which looked good, though I was never really blown away by the games graphics, though in my defence I usually don't like racing games when it comes to graphics )
