......I would...but in this new model, they fix so many issues gamer were addressing: Poor 3D function, browser speed, lack of a second stick, added triggers, better screen function, camera function plus flash, HTML5 support ....idk feel too soon but then again the 3DS is the only successful dedicated handheld gaming device in the world of mobile device. Might as well keep up with the time.

Nothing new really. I was in EB today and a parent was returning a PS4 game because it wouldnt play on the PS3 -_-

Terrible idea, an hardware revision with exclusive games on it.

this is a bad idea. the system itself is fine. ANd yes some like to pull GBC out of there butts to try to justify this, but the Game boy had already been out for YEARS, it had been so long GBC was considered a different system by some. IMHO this move reeks of desperation they really are trying to move more 3ds' i doubt it will work.

thats another issue right there, its like Nintendo forgot who the primary market for this type of machine would be

I really don't give a damn.. I will just stick with my good ol' 3DS! I will be missing on a portable version of Xenoblade? Big fucking deal.

That is sort of my point. If the public struggles with clear distinctions between consoles, no question muddled mid generation advances will cause even more head aches.

Also, 3DS audience skews more casual with kids and parents who tend to be more easily confused by not being in the know.  These are th epeople that thought the 3DS when it came out was just a DS with 3D.

Its not like all games will need it, and wats funny is nintendo has done this with every handheld aside from GBA (though it did get GB SP model), and it works out for the better. 

If you, me, somebody else wont buy it, 20mil others will. Its going to be huge for sure
