I'll do another list but I'll better wait until the dust of annoyed people settled.

do you really care ? just make one !

I don't make threads often and I don't like to make too many. They would just rob posts from each other.

Also I'm actually an advocate of good forum content. I hate people just spamming threads about a random thought they just had. And let's face it, top 10 lists aren't really the most original or thought provoking things you can do around here. It's actually more a thing to have in your profile(if that was possible.

They're just things for fun like the introduction threads or console buy alarms. They're nice for in between but too many of them isn't good and will take attention away from more pressing matters.

So all in good time ;)

Tsubasa Ozora

Keiner kann ihn bremsen, keiner macht ihm was vor. Immer der richtige Schuss, immer zur richtigen Zeit. Superfussball, Fairer Fussball. Er ist unser Torschützenkönig und Held.

Good list; I personally thought Skyward Sword was garbage, but it's nice to see some love for DKC and Star Fox.

Well I'm sure this one won't be called biased by anyone lol

Anywho good list (definitely Nintendo heavy) though you picked my least favorite Zelda as #1. Skyward Sword fundamentally screwed up with controls and even though the story and puzzles are my favorite in the series the RIDICULOUS input lag on the Wiimote ruined the combat. I would try swinging fast and it just wouldn't pick it up and Link would stand there holding his sword out to the side. Eventually I adjusted to holding the Wiimote out to the side, waiting for him to do so, slowly rotating it to the right position hoping it wouldn't suddenly jerk to the center, and finally swinging which was annoying as hell and the damn bird would NOT fly up no matter how much I pointed it up.

Sounds like you had a faulty M+ unit or something, because I can promise you that that is certainly not how it worked for me, and that isn't how it was supposed to work (heres a little thingy about the controls by RMC of GoNintendo http://www.gonintendo.com/?mode=viewstory&id=233544)

regardless of how well it worked for you traditional controls are welcome for aiming for me and hated in swordplay.  Why Nintendo tried to shoehorn it into traditional franchises when they had to have known input lag would be an issue (I should be able to swing as fast as I can like an idiot with it registering every wild swing or they should hold off till they can do that) is beyond me.  Same thing happened with DKCR when you had to waggle to roll and it was so aggravating.  Not until I played Wind Waker HD and DKCTF did I know how much I hated Nintendo for doing that because those 2 games were AMAZING by comparison and not because of better levels or story or anything but simply because no motion controls being forced.  For the record stuff like gyro to aim is fine and naturally works better than traditional controls but damn I hated those sword controls.

You can't do that with a sword (you can't swing a heavy metal sword as fast as you can a wiimote), so why would you be able to do that in game? (Thats like complaining about there being no complete force feedback, which is obviously technically impossible (or improbable)). People just need to wrap their head around a new control scheme and play the game the way it was meant to be played. I'm sure a significant portion of the people who complain about SS, complain because they tried to waggle their way through the game (watch some of the E3 show floor footage from a long time ago...). Regardless of what you wish, there is a way to play the game wrong, and while there may have been malfunctions in some people's M+ devices, if you were playing the game wrong, that is on you, not the game.

too much input lag is not on me.  Traditional controls worked just fine

Yeah, I know Skyward Sword gets a lot of hate, but I never had any problem with the motion controls... they take some getting used to though.

I don't have problems with the motion controls neither, Link moves exactly how I want him to move, they actually suprised me because I thought they were going to be a mess like I read everywhere, I wonder what did happen to the controllers of the people who have problems.
