MGS V is coming to PC. Steam and many other peoples are supporting PC. And Microsoft should have done the same.

Aren't monopolies illegal, though. I thought they had competitors on the home computer market.

Microsoft is under constant watch by the supreme court because they went to court for anti-trust. Any side ventures they create have to be split up.

I don't always need Remedy to confirm it. When I had the 360 (before I got a PS3) last gen and Remedy was developing Alan Wake I didnt believe it would go to PC because MS was claiming they were going to support their console more instead of porting games (foolish of me to believe them). Half of the Remedy games that i've played have been on PC. They always support PC and they've stated time and time again their loyalty to the PC community. The other portion I played on the Playstation. I've never actually played a Remedy game on the Xbox. I dont care how Sony or Nintendo treat PC gamers, even you at some point can admit that exclusivity for MS outside of a handful of games is questionable given their track record. Sony used to separate PC publishing from console publishing until this gen now that consoles are running on level with decent level PC's. They are bringing over the PC games they've published to consoles. Tomb Raider is a timed exclusive so that MS can compete with Sony and Uncharted during the holiday season next year. Weak. Spencer admited that there is a duration to the exclusivity. They should've worded it better instead of always sounding like assholes and pissing off the gaming community.

Sony is bringing over maybe the two or three games they've published. H1Z1 and Planteside 2 are the only main entries that I can really get off the top of my head.

Microsoft has published dozens of PC games over the years, much more than Sony. I don't expect for Microsoft to make their best franchises (Halo, Forza, etc) available for PC, because it would cannibalize Xbox sales. Any PC gamer that believes it is their given right to get those games is very mistaken.

And like I said, your argument about Quantum Break coming to PC might be true in the future, but it sure as hell isn't confirmed now. Try harder.

Anti-trust?

The United States vs Microsoft Corp. Microsoft was taken to court by the government for abusing the Sherman-Anti trust act. in the 90's. They had to create a settlement. They have problems with wanting to be a monopoly. They don't like competition.

I'm perfectly fine with your assessment and I am not in disagreement. The difference between you and me is I don't trust their word as far as I can throw them. I don't need to try hard. If I am wrong i'll let the future prove me wrong. If MS and Crystal Dynamics worded things properly they wouldn't have pissed off the majority of the Tomb Raider community who just so happen to not want to play the game on the Xbox Platform.

Gotcha. Yeah, Microsoft could certainly have handled the situtation better. All they had to do was come out and say it was a timed exclusive from the start, but the screwed up on that.

Exactly. The Playstation community would've mostly been fine because they have Uncharted 4 coming out. Uncharted is more popular on the Playstation than Tomb Raider so they would've been fine waiting for the most part. People who owned both consoles wouldn't have had a problem and MS would've sold a couple xboxes over the holiday season for the Tomb Raider fans who can't wait. MS and the word exclusive is always in question when it comes to third party made games.

Lmao? That makes absolutely no sense. That is not even close to being the same. Microsoft has reasons to release exclusives only on Xbox One, it's called selling consoles. Most people interested in X1 or PS4 aren't going buy or build a gaming PC.

A few exclusives moving to PC is really the least of X1's problems. The 360 did the same thing and was still successful.
