Sony only needs to fix the PS4's sales in Japan because everywhere else it's doing fantastic. FFXV and KH3 can't come soon enough. A DQX port and DQVIII Remake PS4 exclusive would go a long way, as would a MH4 PS4 exclusive game.

That's more than all the PS4 in Japan. We're truly in a post-Japan on console world.
I think we at least 5 million PS4 in US so the XB1 might have been outsold by US alone

This doesn't say they can't track the shipped.  It says they are reporting what was sold not what was shipped.
