The worst :

gen5: N64 : too few games even if there were some great games like banjo kazooie

gen6: Xbox : nothing interesting here

gen7: Wii : too many " casual " games...

gen8: Xboxone : nothing interesting here either

And for me the best of each gens :

gen 5 : Ps1 : many great games like final fantasy, valkyria profile, spyro, suikoden, etc...

gen 6 : Gamecube : less games than on ps2 but really great and original games.

gen 7 : Ps3 : mainly because microsoft and nintendo didn't release interesting games...

gen 8 : Wii U ( for now ) : more original and interesting games than the others, but we'll see later how it goes.

6th xbox (dreamcast could be here but had some very good gems)
7th wii
8th xbox one

it's not that i don't like these consoles, but in their Gen were the least apealing to me to consider buying.

I don't really like rating which console is worse, but my least favorite would be:

5th: PS1, it never reached the heights of Saturn or N64 in terms of 1st party games.
6th: XBox, well it was my console of choice but it was the weakest in games.
7th: Wii, few games that really got me hooked.
