Apperantly Sony has made a deal with a third party studio to publish their game, the dev in question is unknown, however Gnikananab does give us a small hint about the kind of developer.

"cant comment on the size of the developer and scale of the game they are making, could be an 2$ indie game or the next GTA, but trust me its happening, game is gonna fun" Gnikananab has said somewhere on the internet.
