Except that more & more people are buying multiplat games on PS4 than on Xbox One, anyways, whatever they're similar or not. Destiny & Diablo III won't be much different.

Guess what happens should PS4 gets an even higher install base later on in the future? You really think that 3rd party publishers will give a crap about parity just to appeal to a very small install base of Xbox One owners? Ha!

You have to understand that the world adores xbox and hates playstation. So even at 10:1 they will still reach parity.

Sure, keep thinking that. If anything, only the U.S. cares about Xbox One, if anything.

After this year not even the US will love the xbox.

The fact this threat topic gets posted so often speaks volumes. If the difference between the PS4 and XB1 was so inconsequential we wouldn't get these types of topics with regularity.

AMEN!  The topic gets rehashed over and over again...mainly by those who want to defend their own personal preference in consoles.  While the debate between fanboys on both sides will continue, ad nauseum, for years...the fact is that the MESSAGE that the general public hears, over and over, is that the PS4 is a more capable console...which is true.  This, then, is DIRECTLY translating into higher sales for Sony, at the expense of the XB1.  Fans can quibble over "is the XB1 just as good as PS4" all day...but it's not going to make a difference at the cash register at this point.
