I have to disagree. They did lots of things right in the first few years but last few years had very few exclusives, and most of the exclusives were just Kinect games. 

You said European Tier 2 countries. When looking at that list I can see a 100k boost for the whole month due to something like 40-50k coming from Japan and some Asian/S-American countries being included.

200k boost first week is madness. You're setting yourself up for disappointment. People have been able to buy the system almost everywhere, in local stores or imported.

LMAO how is that even possible??? People are not goign to buy x1's because phil spencer is undoing what they should never have tried to beign with..Al he has been doing is saying "GAmes" what they should have been doing day 1., Hilarious. The gap will always grow as ps4 will always outsell x1.

This Phil spencer is the saviour is as silly as the cloud, Ddx12, etc.. He was behind 360 weak first party, as well as championed the DRM and everything else at first, they opnly backtracked after consumers shunned their product.... Such nonsense. All he is doing now is stating the obvious as they had no choice, yet they still are behind in games and always will be.

They never listened to customers.....they would have kept DRM and everything else if sales were good, they had no choice as sales were horrid. Sony did it right right from Day 1, ms switching gears only due to poor sales isn;t going to change anything.

And the first years had RROD

Yeah RROD was a disaster for MS. I think the 360 could have been first place last gen had there not beed a RROD problem. 

I doubt it. They handled it well enough by giving replacements for free.

Revisionist history, they did nothing for 2 years by that point million had died and the damage was done.

I dunno. That really helped but the poor reliabilty of the console would have turned many people away from buying the console.

In north America the XB1 will always track better then the XB360...Since Sony and Microsoft are splitting the majority of the market share Nintendo had last generation.
