It's a remaster... of the gamecube version? If so then forget this shit, I already played that version a billion times. A new remake or a reboot would have been better choices. Fuck you Capcom.

I have to admit it is kinda funny that every system but the Nintendo console gets this remake when it debuted exclusively on the GameCube in 2002.

Even Japanese 3rd parties don't give two craps about the Wii U.

Still quite surprising Capcom didn't include the Wii U though, they seem to support it more than most and not being next gen exclusive eliminates the excuse of a Wii U version holding them back.

Anyway its good to see the game reach a bigger audience although I would have much prefered a remake of 2 or a new entry.
