I think it's all part the plan sadly. Now that Israel has diminished the thread of Hamas they will now prepare to defend or move on Syria/Iraq when the time is there. That's probably what the U.S. is counting on anyway.

It's sickening how many people have to suffer for the ambitions of a few.

so you say this is Israels or Americas doing? what a laugh

I don't really like when people label religions as scourge or the worst thing that has happened to humans because there are religious wars.
Yes, people may have their opinions and speak them out but they should at least think about what religions did to our world apart from the negative news you read/hear every day. If anything, you should have learned that media is about shocking news and that the human brain tends to pay attention to bad things (danger -> experience -> learning).
Religion has made the world like it is now. I'm not even religious but I know it has shaped our (western) world. All the rights and freedom we now have were introduced by religion. It took hundreds of years because there was no Facebook back then! It had to spread around in other ways and people couldn't even read.
Even if you say most (if not all) wars and suppressions etc. is BECAUSE OF religion, you are simply wrong. People tend to say Christianity was all about suppression and power and shouldn't be supported in a modern world but this modern world only exists thanks to the ideas of religions and Christianity even tells you to stand up against rich and mighty people who abuse their power. Religion is not just Christianity, it's worldwide and in everything. And Christianity is not just popular bible stories most people "know" and like to talk about when they want to make a point against religion.

I'd say, let them figure everything out themselves. Sure, you can help but only as long as you don't harm even more people with your actions because you anger the violent people. Europe has gone through many revolutions and crazy things to become a stable and nice place to live. It doesn't happen in seconds, it takes decades. Don't put your own lifestyle, opinions and ways of dealing with arguments on other people, otherwise it's no better than suppression. They need to learn, act and develop themselves.

The sooner the world wakes up to the fact that praying = doing nothing, the world can begin to be a better place!

That just proves the point that religion should be illegal. In whole human history, absolutely nothing good came out from religion. I just can't believe that in 2014 we still deal with this kind of BS (the biggest BS ever told BTW). Damn you dark ages!

No religion is an idea, you ban that then you may as well ban everything else and that underlines the core values of Freedom.

The problem is not the idea or the belief itself its the people that twist it for their own selfish greed just take a look at the Cold War. That was a war not of religion but of capitalism vs communism and although the USA, and USSR themselves did not go to war there were proxy wars that happened all over the world becausr of it.

Its a conspiracy theory but with lots of proof. Have a long at this report published in 1982:

Iraq never was a legit country to begin with. It was more an invention of British imperialism. Founded as we split the Middle East with France after the first world war. We gave that, Jordan (transjordan back then) and Arabia a monarch out of thin air and due to constant interference by us and later on other countries, these places have either became backward dictatorships or like Iraq now became constantly unstable.

The lack of stability in Iraq since the war from 2003 has allowed groups like ISIL to rise. Groups that would of been either repressed or simply unpopular if the ruling government was popular and successful. It really is sad that in this day and age we have such scummy people who claim to represent their religion but only end up destroying everyone and everything around them.

I really hope the local and sane people in places like Mosul kick these people back to the stone age where they belong. Any minority or even Sunni Muslim is fucked if ISIL gain total control.

Either way Iraq will cease to exist soon enough I think. Especially if Kurds get their way and can establish there own country.

Also, I wish people in general could stop using ISIL and other extremist groups as a way to spread islamophobia as surely most Muslims aren't like this. Just as I don't think it's acceptable to use the actions of Israel as an excuse for antisemitism. It's just wrong.

Anyway, it's best to stay out of it before the west makes it even worse somehow.

From what I've read, the Sunni muslims have different opinions about ISIL. Some support them because they are against the Shia government which has unfairly discriminated against them for a few years now. And there are others who are fighting against ISIL because they are against what they are doing. The ISIL also imposes many strict Sharia rule in the places they are present, and some like the people of Mosul, do not want to live like that.

What I eventually see happening, is the Kurds, the Sunni's, and the Shia's each getting their own country with Iraq being compeltely split up. I guess its better that way. Maybe that will finally end the sectarian violence Iraq has faced for so many years.

That sounds very likely even though it shouldn't have to be that way. Regardless this caliphate ISIL claim will happen (over the whole Muslim world!) won't be very likely
