I personally don't like the teams in this division much (especially the steelers) but if I had to go who will win I'm going with the Bengals, good defense and a solid offense.

Poor Browns, they were so excited about Manziel only a few short months ago...

On a related note, there is a high likelihood that Hoyer starting will cause a grown man to eat his softball pants. Never make a bet that endangers your gastrointestinal system, folks!

Not much to say other then that I think Steelers will do slightly better while Bengals slightly worse. The Ravens had their time, and the Browns are a long way off from having their time.

I see Colts as one of the SuperBowl contenders. And I really like Luck.
I also like watching Texans (well, except last year, ughh...). I'll put more confidence in Jake Locker, and Jaguars will need to wait a bit more to be a contender.
Overall, a division with 4 very likable teams, there's nobody I wish doom on.
