1) I own TLoU on the PS3. TLoU:RE is from a game that came out last year. It's a bit too soon to remaster that game. Also, since there's no official numbers on how "well" TLoU:RE is selling, I'd say it's also too soon to start singing praises on its sales.
2) Anti-consumer in the sense that something small is being sold as something big. Promising the consumer a remastered experience when in reality, they're getting a simple HD port with free DLC. That's anti-consumer. Tricking the consumer into believe a product is more than what it really is.
3) I didn't complain about Indies on the PS4. I said other Sony fans were. Why is this so difficult to comprehend?
4) Yes, Sony is putting less emphasis on AAA titles. Probably because AAA 3rd parties are dying do to the change in the market. No one ever said this was a bad thing.
5) Why wait for games when I can play next-gen games now on my PC? When those PS4 games come next year, they won't be exclusive outside of maybe a small number (The Order 1886). Because the PS4 is getting a very small number of exclusives, I will continue to buy the definitive versions on my PC.

1. I also owned the PS3 version.. but I was willing to trade off for the PS4, if the value was there.. and it was. I was the biggest advocator that it was a sham deal for previous ps3 game owners to have to rebuy a 1 yo game for $50 if they wanted it, and that there should of been a discount in place for those that would like to play the game on their ps4. Yes, the remaster was early, but the remaster was basically meant for those who never owned a ps3 and played the game, never bought the game for their ps3, or never played the game. This game wasn't meant for you if you already owned the last gen version. The incentive GS made on the trade in was more than well worth it to switch to the ps4 version. $25 trade in, all DLCs, and bonuses from pre-order. Was the remaster unnecessary? Maybe.. but does it devalue anything? no.. because ND and Sony weren't looking at you to rebuy if you already owned the game. You weren't their primary customer for this iteration. If you are part of the some 50% that never owned a ps3.. that's some 3-4 million gamers who never owned or played the game in addition of those that did own a ps3 but never bought the game.
2. Still don't see how it's anti-consumer when they specifically state which customers they are targeting with, with this Remaster. And yes, remaster, like in having to rewrite most coding to go onto a new architecture with added bells and whistles. Nobody's tricking anyone.
3. Well, I am a Sony fan and I'm not complaining about the indies. In fact, they fill in the gaps. And between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party releases, all the indies do is give me something to play while waiting for another AAA game. I'd like to know who are these "Sony fans" you speak of so much. A few is hardly representative of the majority. Look at MS fans.. talking about "indiestation" this and that, yet are excited about the multiplat indies coming their way, finally. what will that make them? indiebox one?
4. Less AAA titles? You mean more focus into better AAAs? Just because it's still so early in this gen, why not wait until later down the road to make this remark, huh? From PS1 to PS2 to PS3, there were less "AAA" games, yet there were still a ton of them. As for your "because AAA 3rd parties are dying due to the change in the market", means it's even better for Sony since Sony holds an advantage here compared to their competitors because they have so many studios that can make a variety of different games. you saying it's not a bad thing for less AAA, yet here you are complaining about the lack of/emphasis of AAA.. go figure.
5. So enjoy your PC games, which are mostly "ports" and indies outside of a few true exclusives like MOBAs and RTS. And why wait for Next Gen games right? especially since most PS4 exclusives will never see daylight on PC. ever seen a PS1, PS2, PS3, or PS4 exlcusive on PC? Oh right.. never. Good luck playing games like, GT, the Order, Uncharted, GOW, Resistance, etc. on your PC.. oh wait.. you can't. Good luck playing your "definitive" version of an unexisting game on your PC. Even better, have fun waiting to find out if you'll even get a 3rd party AAA port on the PC. If anything.. on PC, you could be waiting longer just to play the same game.
Your replies clearly indicate you really have no clue on the playstation platform and is just reaching with over generalization to make argument over a non exisiting issue. it's clear who I'm dealing with judging by your responses and arguments thus far into this thread with other users.. thus there is no need to reply to you anymore. i get it.. peace out.
