With Zone of Enders, it was nice and cheap (because it was just an HD port). Heck, even with Wind Waker HD, it was given the "HD" moniker and not "Remaster", because that's what it was. Nintendo certainly weren't trying to oversell the game, and they certainly weren't trying to money-grab a year-old game.
As for Indie games: I don't care. I like indie games and I believe they are the future of gaming. In respect to what you said, I certainly agree! However, it's a fact that Sony fans are complaining about the influx of indie games and the lesser emphasis on AAA titles. |
different strokes for different folks is all I see it. judging by what you wrote, I'd assume TLOUR wasn't intended for you.. which is fine. Sony or ND isn't forcing you to rebuy their game. What you would call anti-consumer is only "anti" anything because you're against it, but that didn't stop the game from still selling/recevied well. As for your "fact" about the complaint of influx of indies? really? In it's less than first year offering, and you're upset that Sony is giving you access to more games? Yes, it's true, their own AAA titles are still on the low side, but really? how long have you been buying Sony consoles? and yet you can complain about something as small as AAA offerings because the main competition has a few more "AAA" during the 1st console year? well.. hate to break it to you, but Sony has always offered more and a wider variety of "AAA"s throughout the console cycle than their competitors. I don't see any of that ever changing. less emphasis on AAA titles? Lol.. yea right. most who have ever bought any playstation knows the games will be there.
