To be perfectly honest, I haven't seen anything much better looking, in regards to character models, than Drake's UC4 figure. Environments/detail/AA/AO/DoF can't be compared yet, but that trailer really did blow many of the PC's top lookers away.
Of course, I need to see some game-play, but then, after what I've seen from The Order: 1886, I'm not too concerned with the PS4's capabilities.

The problem is, Drake's Uncharted 4 model isn't close to what it will look like in-game. A big difference between a pre-release cutscene and actual gameplay.
PC has been doing next-gen visuals since Syrim came out with mods almost three years ago, and it will only get better and better. Imagine what the next Elder Scrolls game would look like with mods on PC? Much better than anything the current consoles have to offer, almost guaranteed.

Do you notice what's missing from those screenshots? People. Anytime you look at something with animations in Skyrim, any immersion gained from the mods is completely gone. I know that you can get borderline better lighting, textures etc on PC, I know I can because I spent 3x the amount that I did on my PS4, but it's about the overall package and that includes art design and (very importantly for me) animations
If you're talking directly about Uncharted 4, compare the reveal trailers for U2, U3 and the Last of Us to the actual released games. There ain't much difference
But anyway, it's very simple. There were some very impressive games graphically on PS3 and 360, now we have 6-7 year newer technology, games are going to look a lot better.
So far, it's working. Shadowfall looks incredible and inFamous Second Son the same. Star Citizen probably looks slightly better, but it's about 2 1/2 years away from actual release. In terms of graphics, Drive Club is what I'm looking to blow me away this winter and AC Unity amazing too, even if it's borlerline better on PC (Ubi are crap at PC releases). Destiny has already been spoken about....
