Easier to port from PS4 to XBO

KH3 makes a lot sense on Wii U imo.

I agree. I don't think most X1 owners are interested in those games, whereas Wii U owners would be very interested in playing them.

An X1 port is easy. A WiiU port is not.

SE could definitely make a profit on a WiiU version, maybe even more than on the X1, but ultimately they probably decided it wasn't worth the effort or time involved. The X1 version on the other hand is like free money (well, almost :p).

XBO has more power. Doubt there's much of an audience on the system though since Xbox has never had a Kingdom Hearts game.

Anyway, the reason is obvious, porting from PS4 to X1 is simple, they're roughly the same architectures even, PS4 is just a bit faster.

I could be wrong but just because its Disney doesn't mean its gaurunteed to sell on a Nintendo platform either. I believe Square-Enix was kinda let down by Kingdom Hearts' sales on the 3DS. I think they were expecting more. 

Money. That's the answer. Not just that it will sell better but also much much lower dev costs.
I can name at least one more reason for FFXV not to be on Wii U.

If they want a Japanese audience go for Wii U. If they want a western audience go for XB1

For FFXV they'd have to scale down the graphics for the WiiU version, KH 3 does make more sense. I guess SE saw relative success with the Ff XIII series on Xbox, so they are making another. Also easier to port from ps4 to one.
Money may have influence as well. Will buy both on the One.
