Well thats the thing, every company pays developers to make IPs for them. AND THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT!!!

It just gets irratating when it's used as a negative point when attacking one company and is overlooked for another.

Nintedo R&D is far superior when it comes to creating and inventing IPs. Their input into the gaming World is still more significant, anybody can takeover existing brilliance if they sign the right cheques.
I work for a legal company and it take a jobs  to be done , 
but sometimes we cant do everithing on time or because we not have the tools , then the company pay other company to do this particular job % discout. 
but the company that i work is responsible to the customer.. this happens every day in business ,,  tnx for the comment

Problem is Sony cant make games for anything and all 3rd party games are multi-plat so people can play ALL those games on several other platforms. Meanwhile is Wii U a console with ALL of Nintendo first party games and some great 3rd parties that are ONLY for Nintendo.
