You're not supposed to say that here. Only positive comments are allowed here, they might mistake you for a Halo hater.

Enjoy your movie, guys.

Its fine having an opinion

And I'm fine with someone hating Halo and not being interested in it.

My problem is with some of the users in here that are posting quick snipes at this who have a posting history of not likeing Xbox in general.

Either way, I'm sorry for going off topic, and I'm not trying to offend anyone so we'll just leave that here. Im not trying to start crap, just frustrating that 80% of the comments in here are negative and that they all just so happen to come from users that virtually never comment anything positive on Xbox in general.

Sorry if I have upset you or any other Halo fans here, but I was only trying to put things into perspective.

I didn't even know it was such low budget, but I think I was not far off from my initial assessment before knowing it.

I understand that it will be used to tie the story together, and that's the main purpose of this film, but I'm just saying that people shouldn't be expecting Ridley Scott quality movie from it.

Again, I hope all fans enjoy it, as I'm not a fan and know nothing of the story leading into the movie, I'll definitely skip it.

My honest mistake for even butting in, I hoped to comment only on the movie, forgetting that Halo can be a very sensitive subject.

It is.....it only has a 10 million dollar budget.

Seriously what the hell is going on in this thread? This is a small film that is made for the fans to explore the lore. The average movie put into the move theatre has a 50 - 100 million dollar budget.

This is litteraly just something cool for fans of the lore.

maybe that's what you should have said in the OP - instead your first word is "Hype", but there is very little to get people hyped for here

Maybe he was talking about the fans of Halo and not necessarily everyone?

Dont worry ben, im hyped as well as many more people :D Lots to look forward to. As long as you know who not to take serious dont worry about it too much :)

Agree on Master Chief ruining forward unto dawn. The only thought in my mind was "Cheesy" and my face with disgust. Also main character wasn't believable in being able to fight anyone, a little too dorky. Other than that, good movie.

Will need to see more, but this trailer was terrible. Makes it look boring.

Not interested at all at this moment.

iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.

Currently playing:

Final Fantasy VI (iOS), Final Fantasy: Record Keeper (iOS) & Dragon Quest V (iOS)

Got a retro room? Post it here!

Looks quite boring, but it's not too late as Riddley Scott is a capable director.

Damn...you all must love getting hyped over michael bay trailers. This is a perfectly normal first trailer for a movie, 90 percent of trailers are like this and don't have splosions going off left and right.

Please don't compare Riddley Scott to Michael Bay, shudders! The thing looks like a SyFy TV show trailer, and not on account of explosions. Not all is lost though, plenty good TV shows and movies have had bad trailers.

looks like those machinima movies.
