Oo, that's a tough one..
Wind Waker was the most charming.
Twilight Princess was the most bad ass.
Skyward Sword had the best love story.
But I think Ocarina of Time was probably the best overall for me because it was my first Zelda.

Childhood novasonic teared up when Navi flew away at the end.
