I always wanted a self contained single player dlc for TLOU about how the Uncharted crew deals with the outbreak.

So Uncharted 4 could be the setpiece where the Apocalyptic event of the Last of Us happens? That would be insane.

And what if we meet a young Joel in UC4? Aargh this is to much!

Btw i haven't played The Last of Us yet, waiting for the remastered version(wich will probably contain an easter egg for UC4 haha).

The fungus existed in the Uncharted universe however the human population built up an immunity and was cured immediately. LoU is an alternate timeline. There ya go

Plot twist: Uncharted 4 is actually The Last of Us 2.

Uncharted and TLOU in the same universe simply does not work. It'd be horrible for both games, particularly Uncharted.

Uncharted and Tomb Raider on the other hand...

Let's just say I wouldn't mind Lara getting pregnant with Drake's seed.

A revision to my post in that thread is that by Joel helping Sully escape with the cursed treasure ( the Pandora's box containing the fungus). He finds out in TLOU2 that he was directly responsible for the outbreak, and more importantly the death of his daughter.

Uncharted 4 is set several years after the 3rd game, possibly an entire decade so it would be during the midst of the outbreak. Take no notice, it's just an Easter Egg which according to Naughty Dog was accidentally left in the game.

The Uncharted 3 Easter egg in Last of Us proves nothing. Joel clearly was not in London, whereas Nathan Drake was when the bar scene happened.

Maybe it means jak & Daxter existed as a video game in the Uncharted universe!

There's no evidence except for a fun easter egg that they're in the same universe. I don't think they're actually supposed to be.
