I do wonder about two things though
1) Will they do the Smash Fest thing again in next e3
2) Which Smash Bros will be in next years Evo? Cause I am a bit concerned that they might pull melee and put SSB4 instead which I would love cause Melee looks so dated now but it probably will make the Smash community mad unless Nintendo gets everyone on board

The obvious solution would be to release Meele mode DLC.
I'm just waiting for the day that Reggie kicks HBox's a**.
Also, I laughed when he referenced "no johns."
"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."
Melee fanatics will most likely reject Smash Bros WiiU.......unless Smash Bros WiiU starts rewarding offensive play more than defensive play...

How would they go about doing that?

I'm not too sure about the steps, but they will probably just do what they did with Brawl...

Bah, well then its pretty darn hard for me to argue with you haha. From what we know, the game is much faster in the air and fits somewhere between melee and brawl. Additionally, there is the obvious removal of tripping which is certainly an improvement. Also, it seems that landing lag is variable based on the character and some characters have very low landing lag which makes air combat much less punishable.
While not as fast (or exploitable) as Melee, it certainly seems to be much more Tournament-friendly than Brawl...
