I really tried to get into dragon age: origins, but it just didn't suck me in at all, so i'll probably pass on the new one

I think Dragon Age: Inquisition looks great. The return of race selection and the tactical overhead perspective (for all platforms, unlike DA:O which was only a feature for the PC version), a new crafting system, and an interesting cast of new and returning characters, all have me excited for this game.

Does not look too bad, however I am more interested in other games like Shadow of Mordor.

Edit: Sadly I believe this game will not meet Biowares expectations.

Totally different style of RPG though. Dragon Age is more of a party based RPG, whereas Witcher is a single character RPG. Different combat mechanics, etc. I'm assuming that this Dragon Age will be able to be played like the original which was like Baldur's Gate.

I'm a dragon age fan, so until proven otherwise I'm more interested in and excited for Inquisition than Witcher 3.

I think CD Projekt are coming off a much stronger title with Witcher 2 than BioWare are with Dragon Age 2, and the trailers for Witcher 3 look far more impressive, so I am definitely more hyped for Witcher 3 as well.

But I'd like to think that BioWare have learned their lesson, and they DO have a long history of making excellent RPGs with only one misstep, so I'm pretty excited for Inquisition too.

Its because of Dragons Dogma.. Climbing on a Monster, fighting on its back, i can't believe that nobody has copied that.. Instead we are still chopping at legs and trying to find that awesome while we have seen and played better..

I'm not crazy about it. I agree, the Witcher 3 will probably one-up DA.

I'm just tired of Western rpgs, they all feel the same to me :/
