well duh
top of the line PC=$1000+ (really top of the line as in titans and all that much more)
PS4=$400 with controller added on to the cost
They give you bang for the buck because they're mass produced reducing costs and optimized but of course they had to make them not cost as much after last gen.
PS4 graphics, like its console sales (according to posters on VGChartz), have peaked year one. It's only downhill from here.

On CONSOLES! Yes he forgot to point it out but at this point does anyone really argue that consoles match $2000 PCs? If something costs significantly more than obviously it's going to look better if the person knows what they're doing. PS4 gives you value through mass producing to reduce costs and optimization along with exclusive games or content or services. This is basic gaming sense and only fringe radicals claim that PS4=high end gaming PCs
