Yeah, and Move was incredible with unlimited features while used barely. DS had a touch screen which was used barely.
Don't expect anything ground-breaking from this.

Definitely. Well, let's say not in an innovative way. Many games didn't require it and just it as a secondary screen.

Move was an optional additional peripheral.

Dualshock 4 is in the box.
