We'll see. If we're lucky it could turn out to be WiiU's Red Steel - not an all time GOTY, but fun enough to attract a small cult following. Still I'll watch from the sidelines - I'm not a WiiU owner (yet) - and see how it goes. Really though It'll be stuff like X and SMTxFE that gets me to invest. D's 3rd would he a title I'd pick up eventually, even if it didn't sell me on the system (provided it's not total crap)

Red Steel had a cool premise and was very unique from the outset. I don't really see anything going for it. I'm just kinda miffed at the thought of Nintendo wasting money on this title and its exclusivity.

I suppose (I'll confess, I never actually played either RS game). As for the cost, I doubt it'll have cost them a whole lot to buy and a lot of the work was already done and it was basically one of the scraps left over from THQ's collapse. So long as they don't do anything stupid and just tell Itagaki to get on with the financial side should work out

PCs are very different from consoles, they're not for everyone.

I really don't see what the point would be. Unreal 3 looks just fine, and it isn't as simple as flipping a switch.
