Meh. Lost interest in Let It Die the instant the words "free to play" showed up. Plus, I liked the original Lily Bergamo concept much better, even setting aside the F2P BS.

I didn't play many Suda51 games to begin with, so...

Only game I liked from Suda was No More Heroes.
Would love a 2nd one :(

Uhhh...

I like some of their stuff. Sine Mora was a good bullet-hell shooter, Lollipop Chainsaw was an enjoyable take on the Bayonetta concept. I wouldn't mind sequels to those. But Lily Bergamo looked interesting until they completely threw it out in favor of what they have now. Oh, and the F2P. Guess that's to be expected when your parent company's biggest products are F2P games like Puzzle & Dragons.

Nintendo missed out on Shadows of the Damned, Lollipop Chainsaw, and Killer is Dead as well. There's nothing surprising about this, Nintendo needs to personally fund any 3rd party support they want at this point.

Is it any good? Really loved the first. 

A lot of people miss it, it sold very poorly, but is a GREAT game, the gameplay was improved and the extra useless stuff removed, the action is top notch and the dialog funny as ever. The only complain is that the plot is also simpler, but is a great game, one of my favorites of the last generation. It was very cheap for a while because it sold very few units, but now the price increased because there are not many units available, you may be able to find it if you hurry.

I would love a NMH3, but its not the end of the world. If he wants to make it, great. If not, oh well...
