So school is over and I wanted to upgrade to Ultra since my semester is over at school. I go to upgrade the game for an extra twenty bucks and it tells me that I need to pay full price. I call up a friend who paid twenty for his upgrade and he revealed that Microsoft said it was only for a limited amount of time. This is just broken consumer support. How are you going to charge a person full price to upgrade a product they already purchased at half price? So basically all there is left to do is to buy the DLC piece by piece now. This is so cheap. Anyonw else having this problem?

Try calling customer support and explain to them the situation, some people have said they will refund you so you can upgrade. Btw When I saw that "deal" I was like "This should be permanent". -____-

Retro costumes are $3.99 and accessory packs are $2.99 (x2 each character because there are two extra accessory sets for customization)plus theres also the old music. Sorry, but there is no way spending $20 is going to fix a thing. Microsoft is just nickel and diming everyone and i'll wait for the next sale. This is bullshit.

The upgrade option at $20 should always be there if they are goingt offer a version of the game at half price. It shouldn't be considered a deal. Then again...this is Microsoft we're talking about. Deals aren't their strongsuit. They have to be compelled to do it. There should always be an option for the consumer to upgrade and anything around that is just completely toying with the consumer.
