Nintendo's policy: NEVER show footage of the game if the hardware cant handle it...

You must have missed 2011 then..

I don't remember anything. Skyward Sword?

Couple tech demos. EA showing footage not on Wii U... Ya know, like every company does

... but that's to the fault of EA not Nintendo.

I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016

Tech demos rarely show what you get in the end, everyone knows that.

Maybe it's a cutscene before a boss battle begins? Or the cutscene that starts the game?

Proud to be the first cool Nintendo fan ever

Number ONE Zelda fan in the Universe

DKCTF didn't move consoles

Prediction: No Zelda HD for Wii U, quietly moved to the succesor

Predictions for Nintendo NX and Mobile

Lol where were you in Sony lied about batman demo thread?

To start the game it seems unlikely. But before a boss battle?

Yeah, I could buy that.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

Exactly. So how can it be policy that they don't show anything their hardware cant do?

Not only was that not explicitly said, but it was also three different people replying. So they could all easily have different opinions.

All he said was that tech demos don't show what you get in the end, which I agree with and is true. So why do you believe he now thinks that Nintendo are an exception and show tech demos showing something that the console can't do?

Perhaps I've missed something.
